yes I did. I put a lot of cilantro in it as well
would u mind sharing the details on the ingredients for your broth I'm always curious as to how others make their pho. BTW are u viet?
no I'm not viet. I do a lot of asian cooking with chinese being my specality. I make pho with oxtail and beef shins. star anise cassia bark. allspice bay leaves carmalised onion and shaoxing rice wine. then all the shaved stuff and noodles as usual
I have never try pho, and would love to try it.
I'm not Viet either, but I have Pho 5 times a week. tried to make it home. can't. Luv (Bun Mui ?) the sandwiches. Really good.
