AHH dang I should have been able to figure that out! I figured out some of it! hahaha and about that pizza, heres what we do!! 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour 2 1/4 cups white flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 1/8 tsp yeast 1/2 tsp Italian seasonings (optional) 1/16 tsp garlic powder 3 tbsp honey 1 1/2 cups hot water 4 1/2 tbsp oil *Get that oven to 425 degrees Mix together and knead cover and let rise for about 40 mins shape into 2 12" crusts bake 8 mins, add toppings and bake for 8 more mins.

we dont have a set thickness but we like ours on the thicker side :) so i'm not really sure, we just wing it each time!

It was AMAZING!!! The best pizza crust we've EVER MADE!!! We made it quite thin coz we like it that way! THANKS SO MUCH!!!
