I must say that is good for Microwave meals, Just that the sodium level is way to high

Yeah that is totally true JayG, plus it's got MSG which is not even close to great! However, for me, I like "food" like this in case of "lunch emergency" and I hardly ever use salt in my cooking. I feel salt is sometimes used as a lazy way to create flavor! Plus when I do eat a meal that pretty much covers my sodium intake for the day, I try to compensate for the rest of the day! Hey I'm no "health nut" but I am ALWAYS AWARE of what ingredients are in the food I buy... Are y'all aware of the dangers of artificial colourings and flavourings? In Oztralia, there are some of these "things" that are actually banned in the US and virtually worldwide! The LEAST these do to a person is cause ADD, right up to birth defects and brain cancer! And these are in foods such as children's lollies! If you care about your families health, I would recommend you looking into this. peace!
