This was my partner's meal and it was definitely the star of the evening!!!! Sorry about the poor picture quality, he didn't want to waste a second!!! Here is the description from the restaurants website of the meal- Fajita's (our signature dish) Your choice of tender chicken breast, rib fillet, or juicy fresh prawns seasoned in our famous mesquite flavoured marinade. Served on a sizzling platter with salad, sour cream, guacamole and a warm flour or white corn tortilla stack for a true feast, created at your table! Delicious!

never seen this in a Mexican restaurant before... this is what I will be ordering FOR SURE next time. would be quite easy to make at home too I suspect! although I think the mesquite seasoning will be extremely hard to source in Australia!

can't remember the name of it but it was fillet beef on a sizzling platter with corn tortillas and sides and you just wrapped up your own! The beef was so tender and the meal was so fresh tasting and not stodgy like most Mexican food!
