I'm doing this on my phone so it won't look right. bu here it is. 1 can crab meat save juice from it. 12 raw shrimp chopped. 2 sticks unsalted butter. 1 bunch flat leaf italian parsley. zest and juice of 3 lemons. 3 sleeves ritz crackers. 2 tsp old bay seasoning. 1 large egg. salt and pepper to taste. melt butter in pan. add shrimp lemon zest and juice and crab juice. cook til shrimp are done. add parsley and crab take off heat. in lg bowl crush crackers. pour in slightly cool butter shrimp combo. mix well. add seasonings to taste. when it is to your liking add egg and mix. form cakes and bake at 375 degrees til browned. can use this to stuff shrimp or flounder ect. good luck

the crab meat is also a 16 oz can. sorry for not saying that earlier. but you can adjust any amount to suit your taste. good luck and let me know how it turns out
