my take on chinese italian fusion. its a pizza with hoisen and sweet chili sauce with basil and shrimp. came out very good.

our resturant is american cuisine with an asain influence that pizza is nice what made you put those ingredients together

I made a bunch of pizza and wanted to do one with shrimp but not a typical red sauce so I decided on hoisin and basil. a very thin spread of it and it came out pretty good
Now that looks different and good
