hey jayg. this was done with mccormic spice blend called "baha citrus" I doctored it up by adding brown sugar,fresh lime zest and juice,hoisen sauce and fresh cilantro,garlic,scallions and ginger. baked it and poured sauce in pan heated and thickened with cornstarch slurry and poured it over the top. soo good. they make a killer roasted tomato and basil mix as well. check it out at the supermarket.

just double checked. the stuff is called. "mccormic grill mates".
Now I can make this. Nothing like Cilantro Lime
