here's the recipe. you need a wok or a deep sider pan to do this. 1/4 cup fine chop garlic. 1/4 cup fine chop ginger. 1 cup chopped scallions. 4 lg eggs mixed well. 1 lb raw shrimp shelled,chopped and marinate in bowl of 1/4 cup shaoxing rice wine. 10 oz box or bag frozen mixed veggies thawed out. 6 cups cooked rice. canola oil for cooking. heat wok til smoking add a little oil. stir fry eggs til almost set,remove from wok. heat wok add oil and add garlic,ginger.scallion cook 30 sec add shrimp with wine. cook til almost done. stir frequiently. add veggies and cook til shrimp is done. add rice and stir constantly.about 10 minutes. add eggs and mix in well. cook 5 min. taste and adjust flavor with salt and serve
