Creamy/tomato pasta sauce with whole mushrooms, capsicum,pepperoni etc served with Orecchiette (little ears, I think)and topped off with fresh diced tomato... The tomato was chopped finely with my old blunt knife that I sharpened on my new $14.99 Aldi knife sharpener! I never thought this knife could be resurrected from the dead and have even taken it to get "honed" and it didn't turn out too well... Plus, I have NEVER cut a tomato with anything but a serrated knife......! Can't beat that! 2
