salad with blue cheese yogurt dressing. pickled beets made with splenda. egg salad sandwich made with low fat mayo on low call sandwich thins & a few rosemary & olive oil triscuits.

soda stream you make your own soda, sort of. got it at bed bath & beyond as a gift for my father. its pretty awesome. never run out of soda! & yes, ravens fan all the way, I live in Baltimore

The soda stream is pretty good! The only flavour of soda I've tried that I didn't like was the diet lemon-lime (like diet sprite), It's nice to always have soda!
oh & 'soda stream" diet cola :)
