@drea- where do you get diabetes and heart disease following a meal like this? And yes I'm pretty sure the "M" is normal on the McGriddles at least! I like to go out for one every now and then! They don't have this sandwich in Australia?

They sell something called Bacon and Egg or Sausage and Egg Mc Muffin but sadly there is no M ;-(

well this is my fav from mcds and if you don't get heart disese and diabetes from this you will get ecoli from your veggies!!!
and the diabetes + heart disease that will follow
