can I get a run down on making these
jayg you will need a bamboo steamer and wok or pan the aame size as steamer. 1 pkge yeast 1 and 1/2 cup milk warmed to 110 degreess. 3tbsp sugar. 5 cups flour. 1 cup pureed pumpkin. step1 disolve yeast in warm milk and sugar. step2 fold in half flour and all pumpkin. step3 add remaining flour adding mre if tooo sticky. knead for 10 minutes form ball and place in bowl and cover. let rise 1 hour. step 4. roll out dough and portion into size of your likikg. step 5. in wok bring 8 cups water to boil. place several roll in steamer cover and place over boiling water. steam 15 to 20 minutes. repeat til all rolls are done. adding water several times to wok. good luck with it.
