its a veal shank that's been braised in a veal demi with ground carrots,onions.celery,tomato sauce,red wine and herbs for several hours.it is out of this world!!

you can't go wrong with a classic osso bucco served with risotto millinaise. just curious about how much they charged? we sell ours for $26. looks great
