I always drill the wait staff and ask them a bunch of weird questions like "do you make the soup or does it comes in a bag" or like on this night I asked "do you pull your own pork after you take it out of the smoker? or does it come pre pulled and cooked" the waitress said she took the pork chunk out of the smoker this afternoon and pulled it her self... I ordered the pulled pork sliders... and they were yummmie stiyle! always ask....
